Committees
 | Committees are made up of residents who volunteer their time to help the Board of Directors. If you have an interest in serving on any of the below committees, please contact us. The Board of Directors shall appoint and keep current the following standing committees to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Association: Architectural Committee: Edward Brody and Susan Horn The Architectural Committee determines compliance of owner requests for exterior modifications and compliance with Architectural Rules and the CC&Rs. Security and Neighborhood Watch: Susan Horn, Joanna Brody Residents of Benedict Hills Estates feel safe and secure with a dedicated ADT/Bel-Air Patrol vehicle survelling the streets 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For added security, individual homeonwers look out for each other by participating in our Neighborhood Watch Program. Suspicious persons and vehicles are reported to local police and security patrol.
